• Refunds: if a Pro upgrade didn't work as described, email within 14 days for a full refund — no questions asked.
• Voting twice: free polls allow one ballot per browser. If someone says they can't vote, they may have voted already on that device.
• Closing a poll: open your poll and use "Close voting now" (you'll see it only on polls you created), or close it from your polls.
